The hotel is closest to Hagedorn Coliseum. It is highly recommended if there are events there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has two buildings; some guests may be assigned to the Annex building. The elevator is good and you can take stairs as an option. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is available. Plated breakfast is available. There is a gym and pool. I think the hotel becomes crowded when there is an event in the coliseum. There is an affordable laundry shop in the parking space and guests can just use it as an option. There is a small grocery 5 minutes away by walking. Since many of us were staying in the hotel, we requested for more vegetables and fish for healthier breakfast. The staff made it possible and we appreciate it.

Nice hotel with an nice 24/7 pool and a green garden to sit and rest, have coffee and read. Close to the main street but yet really silent. Nice green area, nice pool, nice water pressure and the hot water is to the left and works fine. Nice shower with an overhead shower as well. Really close to the BDO bank as well.

The location - nearby the airport. The staff are all impeccably amiable and helpful. The breakfast offerings are varied and staff are accommodating. They have outdoor gym and swimming pool. Green towels are provided if you’re swimming in the pool. All in all, we had a great stay at Uno.

First is the location. The hotel is near the airport and to Robinsons Palawan. There are many restaurants near the area as well. Second, is the staff. They are very kind, polite and accommodating. They offer free pick up from the airport, I just messaged them here in the app and reminded the day before the flight. They confirmed and responded on my messages. They also kindly and generously agreed to our request on the early check in and check out. They also helped us call a tricycle. And lastly, the amenities and toiletries. Loved that there are hair dryer and slippers. The hotel has an elevator too.

As muslims we don't wear shoes in the room. We found out the floor is not acceptable for us to take off our shoes and to prepare for our prayer on the floor. Immediately called the housekeeping and they acted fast enough. Thank you. We like that. And they have free shuttle to airport. That was cool and free of hassle. The breakfast was good. Nice restaurant which full of crafts deco, we just love them.

We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast: the room and atmosphere of the breakfast area is welcoming and comfortable. They have a wide selection of foods. The staff at every area of the property showed excellent courtesy and helpfulness.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Lots of restaurants, shops and Mc Donalds at a walking distance. We were just for a night on our way to El Nido. Found all staff very friendly. The breakfast has a little choice,
